Refund policy

Returns

  • UK Customers:
    You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and with all labels attached.

  • International Customers (EU, USA & Canada, Australia & New Zealand, Asia):
    Returns can also be made within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all labels attached. Please note that international customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

How to Return

  1. Email our customer service team at service@sr-a.com to notify us of your return.

  2. Include your order number and reason for the return.

  3. Pack your items securely in the original packaging.

  4. Ship your return to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping charges (including original shipping) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour, or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
